Process

How an engagement actually runs

No surprises and no open-ended contracts. You see scope and cost in writing before any build work starts, and each phase is approved separately.

Strategy call

A working session, not a sales presentation. We walk through your operation the way it really happens — the systems, the handoffs, the workarounds and the parts that depend on one person. By the end we both know whether there is enough here to be worth doing, and we will tell you if there is not.

What happens

  • Walk through your current workflows end to end, including the workarounds.
  • Identify where time and revenue are actually being lost.
  • Inventory the systems in play and how well they connect.
  • Pick the two or three areas with the clearest return.

What you get

  • A shared view of where the bottlenecks are.
  • An honest read on whether automation is worth it for you yet.
  • Rough sense of scope, sequence and investment.
021 to 2 weeks

Automation audit and proposal

We go deeper than the call allows — into your systems, your data and your volumes — and come back with a specific plan. What we would build, in what order, what each piece costs, and what it should return. It is written so you can judge it, and so you could hand it to someone else to build if you wanted to.

What happens

  • Review the systems, data and volumes behind each bottleneck.
  • Design the target workflows and the integrations they need.
  • Sequence the work so the highest-return pieces land first.
  • Price each phase and estimate the return on each one.

What you get

  • A written automation roadmap, sequenced by return.
  • Architecture and integration plan for your existing systems.
  • Fixed scope and price per phase, with no obligation to continue.
03Typically 2 to 8 weeks per phase

Build

Our own developers build the systems — not contractors, not a partner network. Work is delivered in phases so something is live and earning early rather than everything arriving at the end. You watch it happen in your portal: progress, milestones, deliverables and a direct line to the people writing the code.

What happens

  • Build in phases, starting with the highest-return workflow.
  • Integrate with your existing systems rather than replacing them.
  • Test against your real data and edge cases before anything goes live.
  • Roll out with your team, with training and a fallback path.

What you get

  • Working automations, live in your business.
  • Documentation and training for your team.
  • Portal access with progress, milestones and deliverables.

Run and scale

Automations need looking after. Suppliers change formats, volumes grow, models improve, your process evolves. We monitor what we built, fix it when something upstream shifts, and keep working through the roadmap — because solving the first bottleneck usually reveals the next one.

What happens

  • Monitor every automation with alerting on failures and drift.
  • Maintain and adapt as your systems and volumes change.
  • Report on what the automations are actually returning.
  • Work through the roadmap as new bottlenecks appear.

What you get

  • Monitoring and alerting on everything we built.
  • Ongoing improvements and new automations.
  • Regular reporting on performance and return.
